Leading this extraordinary team is Marion Waldman, Founder, and Teri Olsen Spina, Director of Markeing and Information Management Services.

Marion Waldman founded iD8 Publishing Services, Inc. in order to provide STM, educational and scholarly publishers with strategic solutions for long-term growth. Marion is an industry expert, having spent over 20 years in educational and scientific publishing working in sales, marketing, product development and editorial. Marion began her career working for Appleton & Lange as an educational sales rep. Her first year in the field she was recognized for her sales achievements. She then moved on to Delmar Thomson Learning to work as an acquisitions editor in allied health and nursing. She was one of the founders of Delmar Thomson Learning’s current health care publishing program and several titles she signed are now in fourth and fifth editions. Marion founded her own business, CapitalHealth publishing in 1996. Their flagship publication which deciphered the Medicare regulations, was featured on CNN with Lou Waters.

Marion has worked in product development pursuing opportunities for Delmar Thomson Learning in the non-education market space. She executed Delmar’s first foray into online continuing education in nursing and radiography. Most recently, Marion served as an Executive Editor for Elsevier, Inc. She was responsible for the physical therapy publishing program and was the founder of the athletic training  publishing program. Marion holds a BA in English and History from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York and an MBA from University of Maryland University College.

Teri Olsen-Spina, former publisher and author of "The Personal Health Diary," founded Haswell Associated, llc. The firm specializes in identifying future trends and opportunities as well as how businesses can best adapt in order to realize their full potential in the dynamic local and global marketplaces. Haswell Associates provides services to organizations who temporarily require the executive-level expertise of our professionals in marketing, business development and strategic planning. In addition, Haswell Associates has a valuable network of trusted people to draw upon when clients require further assistance in finance, information technology, graphic design and more.

Ms. Olsen-Spina is teaming with Marion Waldman in the launch of iD8 Publishing Service Inc.'s content review management and marketing research services. Teri has worked primarily in the healthcare and publishing industries since 1980. Clients include major health insurance plans, private medical practices, nursing homes, public and private schools, publishers and several printers. She has business and marketing degrees from CUNY and Siena College. In addition, Teri donates her marketing, writing and graphic design talents to various charities.
